How long we keep it

• Raw uploaded statements are deleted within 24 hours of processing.
• Anonymized, extracted figures (with identifying details removed) are retained to power your month-over-month tracking and our benchmarks.
• Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

How we protect it

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
• We follow a SOC 2-oriented security posture.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
